Thank you for your interest in the Birch Run Expo Center, one of the Midwest’s premier entertainment and exposition centers. The Birch Run Expo Center (BREC) offers over 100,000 square feet of column-free space for any event, over 1,100 paved & lighted parking spaces (as well as overflow for over 1,500 more) and over 30 acres of property surrounding the facility for outdoor events. We are making a name for ourselves as a safe and clean location that not only offers competitive pricing, but a dedicated staff that goes the extra mile to ensure our events are successful.
As you are aware, a key component to your event’s success is its location. BREC is located along I-75 at Exit #136, where our large electronic message center promotes events to the 58,000+ cars* that travel past us each day. Birch Run Prime Outlets (one of the top grossing outlet mall centers in the nation) is located across the street, and world famous Frankenmuth, Michigan is less than 10 miles away. There are plenty of options for entertainment between show days and for those staying overnight in one of 600 hotel rooms within walking distance.
Below are some helpful links for your review including our full color BREC – Brochure.
I would start with the Event Guidelines as it answers most initial questions. The Technical Manual will then give you an idea of the scope of the building and there are several sample layouts and floor plans to use as a guide.
If you are eager to get the ball rolling you can review the Event Guidelines and complete the Producer Information Form and fax or email it to me at either 989-624-5002 (fax) or email@example.com
For additional information and the latest event news, pictures and video, you can check us out on our Birch Run Expo Center business page on Facebook.
We welcome a conversation at your earliest convenience to discuss further how the Birch Run Expo Center can take your next entertainment or trade event to the next level of attendance and success.
